Andrea Passigli
Italian famous pianist. The musical education of Andrea Passigli took place in Italy and in the USA. Graduated cum laude from the Conservatory L. Cherubini in Florence under the guidance of Maria Tipo, he was profoundly influenced by the fortunate musical environment in which he grew up, rich of encounters with extraordinary musical personalities. Important references have been, among others, Pablo Casals, Nikita Magaloff and Rudolf Serkin, who invited him to participate at the Marlboro Music Festival and whose teaching had a fundamental influence in his musical development.
