The Piano Duo of Tatyana & Aleksei Kostenko was formed in 1992 after graduating from the Tchaikovsky Academy of Music in Kiev.
In 1997 Tatiana and Aleksei graduated from the graduate school of piano duet and internship in the class of the piano duet of Professor A. Bakhchiev and Professor E. Sorokin (Golden Duet of Russia, Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory)
They are winners of the most prestigious international competitions in Europe and America: Reding-Piette Piano Duo Competition Prague （Czech Republic）1995, Murray Dranoff Two Piano Competition in Miami （USA）1995. Since 1995, they are members of the Piano Duo Association in Japan (Tokyo) and Special Award Winners of the Clavish Records (Switzerland). Following which were included in “The Book of Best Ukrainian Pianists” in 1998.
Their piano duo performs concerts in various prestigious halls of Europe, America, Russia and China. Tatiana and Aleksei Kostenko are permanent jury members of the International Piano Competition of F. Chopin and the International Piano Competition of F. List (Hong Kong). Since 2004 they are working as piano professors in the Guangdong Ocean University.
In their repertoire the duo includes all musical program for two pianos, starting with classical and romantic composers and ending with contemporary composers of the 21st century.
Kostenko Piano Duo participates in various music festivals, masterclasses and artistic projects.
1992年，科斯堅科夫妻同時在烏克蘭柴可夫斯基國立音樂學院取得碩士學位，成立鋼琴二重奏組合。
1994年起，他們進入莫斯科柴可夫斯基國立音樂學院攻讀雙鋼琴課程研究生，師從被譽爲“俄羅斯黃金鋼琴二重奏”組合的A. Bakhchiev和E. Sororina教授。 之後，他們在歐美最負盛名的兩個國際雙鋼琴比賽中獲獎：1995年捷克布拉格Reding-Piette國際鋼琴二重奏比賽、1995年美國邁阿密 Murray Dranoff國際雙鋼琴比賽。
同年，他們成爲日本（東京）雙鋼琴協會成員，並獲得了瑞士“Clavish Records”唱片公司特別獎。 並受邀于包括俄羅斯在內的歐洲各國、美國、中國等許多國家舉行演出。
1997年，他們在莫斯科柴院完成學業回到基輔，擔任烏克蘭柴可夫斯基國立音樂學院和烏克蘭國立藝術大學鋼琴主科教師。 1998年，阿列克謝·科斯堅科被載入“烏克蘭最佳鋼琴家名冊”。
科斯堅科夫婦演奏的作品演奏的作品不僅具有濃郁的正宗俄羅斯風情，還涉及古典、浪漫、近現代及21世紀當代音樂等廣泛風格流派。 “每壹場”科斯堅科組合“音樂會都能迸發出絢麗的火花，令人難忘並廣受贊譽。
2010年後，阿列克謝教授連年受邀擔任國內外許多鋼琴比賽評委，包括香港“李斯特紀念獎”、“肖邦紀念獎”國際鋼琴公開賽總決賽、俄羅斯“柴可夫斯基音樂學院”國際鋼琴比賽、“聖彼得堡音樂學院”國際鋼琴比賽、德國Stichel國際鋼琴公開賽、葡萄牙Santa Cecilia國際鋼琴比賽等等。
無論是教學還是評審上，阿列克謝教授都秉承著對學生高度負責、兢兢業業的敬業質量，充分彰顯了“俄羅斯鋼琴樂派”崇高的音樂精神。
